Broads Caravan Rally 2021 Steve Palmer , Treasurer Caravan & Camping SIG

The Broads Caravan Rally was once again held in Ludham Norfolk, organised by Steve & Lynn Palmer and John & Sue Timson. The date approached with the now familiar Covid uncertainty, but it turned out to be a complete success. V arious events were organised on the rally field . These included: Afternoon Tea, a quiz evening & buffet put on by Norfolk and Suffolk Branch, and a cunning Walking Treasure Hunt, organised Everyone went home having had a great time and we look forward to a repeat event in 2023.

by John. Skittles were provided by Mick Meggs, which were very popular. Our rally BBQ proved very popular, with meat sourced from the local butcher. We also enjoyed a trip onto The Broads, on the Paddle Steamer Southern Comfort. Although wet at times, the scenery and wildlife were wonderful to see. A day in Cromer culminated in a visit to the Cromer’s famous End of The Pier Show , which was very entertaining.
