IPA News

Young Member Forum The Young Member Forum (YMF) was set up to find ways of recruiting more serving officers and staff into the IPA. Our Association needs to continually attract the next generation, in order to ensure its longevity, and continue to develop our fantastic range of member benefits. I am keen to have every force in the UK represented on the YMF. If you would like to get involved in taking the IPA forward, please do get in touch. I will ask you to contribute and get involved, but the Forum also offers fantastic opportunities to meet other members. Getting involved also helps you to take full advantage of what the IPA can offer, but you will need to join to find out more. Whatever role you hold in our organisations as an Officer or a staff member, all are welcome. If you are interested or would simply like to know more, please get in touch with me. At this time, I can only invite members under the age of 35 into the Forum (I hope you understand the reason for this), however any member who thinks they may have noticed an area of weakness in the way we recruit, is always welcome to contact me too.
