Bowls Invitation Calling all IPA outdoor flat green bowlers. Having been invited to the recent Aviva Festival of Bowls - National Finals event, it is apparent to me that we have lots of members who play bowls across the UK. My question is this: would there be interest from members in an IPA Bowls Event next year? If you have a view, I welcome your thoughts.
